Evaluation

Erika was nervous before the evaluation but she needn't have been! She did a great job. Her presentation has storytelling structure and tells an interesting and engaging narrative. She worked on her script a lot before the evaluation, and it shows. Erika also has worked on controlling her filler sounds and words which is demonstrated here. She also uses good graph description techniques. She could add some more descriptive transitions between slides and ideas. Her use of grammar and vocabulary is controlled but she could work on adding more complexity in the future. She also responded naturally to the Q&A.

Points to work on:

- Practice improving flow by recording herself. Practice slowing down a bit and concentrate on cadence.

- Analyze use of vocabulary and look for new terms and expanding vocabulary bank.

- Analyze grammar slips and fix them.
